About

About FixDocket

FixDocket is repair management for UK property managers. Tenants report. Contractors update. You stay in control, and the photos, the invoice and the full history stay together. It exists because a repair is where lettings gets argued about, and the answer should be a record, not a recollection.

Why it exists

Most agencies already know how a repair starts. A tenant messages. Someone forwards it. A contractor replies on WhatsApp. Photos sit on a phone. The invoice arrives later, in a different thread. When a landlord asks what happened, the answer is a search, not a record.

FixDocket puts that job in one place, from the first report to sign-off: who reported what, when it was answered, what it cost, who approved it, and the photos to prove it. No tenant accounts. No contractor accounts. A link or a QR code is enough.

It is operated by Northvale Technologies Ltd, trading as FixDocket, and built for UK lettings: blocks, portfolios and the people who answer for them. Sign-off is recorded. Money does not move through FixDocket.

What we will not compromise

The record is the product

Every event is timestamped and attributed. Nothing in a job's history can be silently edited or removed, by you or by us. A correction is a new entry; the old one stays.

No accounts for people who will not use them

Only your team signs in. Tenants report from a flat link. Contractors and landlords open one job. The form loads on a phone, in a stairwell, on one bar of signal.

One price, the whole portfolio

£49 a month for every building and every member of your team. The first 10 repairs are free, with no card. Nothing is charged until you choose to continue.

Money stays in your accounts

We record amounts and produce documents. We never hold or move client money; your own accounting system does that.

Hosted in London. Kept apart. Kept readable.

The application, database and photo store run in London. Each customer's data is separated from every other's. You are the controller of a repair record and FixDocket is the processor, acting on your instructions. When a record must go, an authorised manager deletes the job, the flat or the building, photos included.
