What the demo covers
We follow one repair from start to finish, on a sample building: a tenant reports a fault from a QR code with photos, you triage it, a contractor is sent a link, an invoice is uploaded and a named person signs it off. You then see the record that is left behind, and the PDF you would hand to a landlord or use in a dispute.
It suits independent letting agents, block managers and HMO landlords who are managing repairs through WhatsApp, email and a spreadsheet. It takes about twenty minutes, you do not need to prepare anything, and there is no obligation. If you would rather try it yourself, start free and your first repairs cost nothing.
