Repair management software pricing: one plan, whole team
Your first 10 repairs are free. After that FixDocket is £49 a month for your whole team and every building you manage, with no charge per user, per flat or per repair.
What you pay
£49 a month
- Your first 10 repairs are free. No card to start, no time limit.
- Every building, every flat and every member of your team is included, whatever the size of your portfolio.
- Tenants, contractors and landlords never need an account, so they never cost you anything.
- Paid monthly by Direct Debit. Cancel any time; your records stay readable.
- Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it is shown before you subscribe.
How the free repairs work
Set up your buildings and run real repairs straight away. Nothing is charged automatically. When your team goes to work on repair number 11, we ask you to set up the subscription. Until then tenants can keep reporting, and everything already recorded stays visible. No repair is deleted when the allowance runs out.
Why one price for the whole team
A repair involves your office, a tenant, a contractor and often a landlord. Charging for each person who touches it would punish you for keeping a proper record. So your team, your buildings and your flats are all included, and the three outside parties use a link, not an account. The price does not move when you take on another block or hire another coordinator.
What FixDocket does not do
FixDocket records amounts and generates documents; it never holds, moves or reconciles anyone's money. Contractors are paid, and rent and service charge are handled, in your own accounting system. Job lists export as a CSV for that system. Read the full terms and the data processing agreement before you commit.
See what the price buys on the pages for letting agents, block managers, tenant reporting, contractor links and the repair audit trail. Weighing up what repair software should cost? Read how repair management software is priced, or compare it with Fiixit and with a spreadsheet and shared inbox.

Pricing questions
Is there a per-user or per-flat charge?
No. The subscription covers every member of your team, every building and every flat. Tenants, contractors and landlords use links, not accounts, so they are never charged for either.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first 10 repairs are free, with no card and no time limit. We ask you to set up the Direct Debit when your team goes to work on repair number 11.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They stay readable. You can cancel at any time, and an authorised manager can also delete the record for a job, a flat or a building when your retention policy or the law requires it.
Does FixDocket handle client money?
No. It records amounts and generates documents, and your own accounting system moves the cash.
Where is my data kept?
Hosted in London, with each customer's data kept separate from every other's. The security page has the detail.
